Feel safe exercising under the expert guidance of a physio. We individually assess each participant to target their problem areas and offer individualised sessions.

Pilates exercise can be used in end-stage rehab, as a gateway back into the gym, or as ongoing injury prevention. Our sessions with Lucy Clay in Barangaroo focus on whole body mobility and strength, with a focus on core stability. No one session will be the same!

We have a variety of equipment in the pilates studio, pilates reformer, trapeze table (cadillac), Wunda chair and ladder barrel, as well as weights and a stationary bike to keep you challenged.

All levels are welcome for Pilates in Barangaroo, conveniently located in the Sydney CBD, from brand-new beginners, to intermediate and advanced students.

You don’t need a background in pilates (or any type of exercise) to get started!
