4 REASONS TO CHOOSE CLINICAL PILATES

Specialist pilates, delivered by specialists in movemenT

  1. Your instructor is highly trained:
Physiotherapists are experts in movement - it is our job! Clinical pilates instructors are physios with extra training in mat and equipment pilates. Meaning we have taken independent courses in pilates instruction to further our physio background.

  2. We know how to manage injuries:
If you have an injury, we can mange it in the class - no need to stop exercising! There are many modifications around sore body parts. And often you will feel better after pilates. You will be starting your rehab in the class from day 1.

  3. Close supervision:
We have a maximum 3 people in each class. This means individualised supervision, correction and adjustments on the spot. No need to feel lost and unseen by your instructor. Regular classes means access to a Physio and our knowledge every week!

  4. A targeted approach:
Each participant is screened prior to attending classes. This is for the benefit of YOU - we write an individualised program targeted to your problem areas. We take into account your previous/current injuries and the demand of your day to day.
